Epilogue llc started in 2014 with a vision to save the wood of urban tree removals from the firewood pile. Over the last several years we have wrangled hundreds of logs out of residential yards and commercial properties. We have milled logs into boards, slabs, beams and turned them into lumber as well as finished building products.

Currently our business focuses on milling dimensional hardwood lumber from urban trees and farms. We focus on Oregon white oak, Oregon black walnut and American elm. We also have small batches of specialty woods like myrtlewood, western cherry, red oak, and sycamore.

Epilogue LLC is owned by David Barmon. David is passionate about better stewarding urban trees and under utilized hardwood species in the Pacific NW. He currently writing his first book, Wood from the City: The Urban Lumber Handbook.
